One of the most meaningful ways that we can enhance our reputation and protect the company is to ensure that we appropriately promoting the Good Driver Mutuality Program. As you are aware, sharing inappropriate claims about Good Driver Mutuality is viewed as harmful and misleading, and can put the company – and your own business – at great risk.

In accordance with our policies, as well as guidance from regulators, we want to remind you a few important principles when promoting or marketing relates to Good Driver Mutuality Program. Please note that these principles apply to all social media and online platforms, including social media posts, online videos, meetings, Zoom calls and one-on-one interactions.

Sponsoring

In the marketing process, it is imperative that the affiliate’s primary focus remains on marketing the merits of the Good Driver Mutuality product itself and fostering good faith in its utility, thus ensuring its introduction to potential markets. You should prioritize the legitimate sales and marketing for the Good Driver Mutuality, and any network expansion should result from the genuine interest in the Mutuality Program offering rather than the mere pursuit of recruitment for financial gain.

Not Insurance

Good Driver Mutuality is NOT Insurance, but an internet-based platform providing alternation options for drivers to help each other and share their auto losses from accidents. Good Driver Mutuality’s sharing is based on members’ volunteering donations to the losses that already happened and were announced.

Income Claim

Good Driver Mutuality offers an exciting and flexible business opportunities, and any affiliate might achieve their desired commission based on our compensation plan. However, Good Driver does not guarantee any income of any affiliates, but will pay out commission on sales within the sales organization based on the compensation plan. Any exaggerated income claim will not be permitted and any income related posts will need accompanying Income Disclosure Statement (IDS).

Avoid providing specific numbers  and be very sensitive of figures and numbers, only provide such figures and numbers when Good Driver Mutuality Inc. have actual data to support the typical earnings after expenses. If do choose to proceed with a chart prior to having sufficient data, one shall prominently display an IDS that specifically details that these are examples and are in no way reflective of actual results. This disclaimer, if in a training, should be within the presentation as text but also specifically stated by the individual(s) promoting the training.

No Subrogation

Good Driver Mutuality is not insurance and does not offer subrogation. Members must first seek compensation from the liable third party, if any, for vehicle losses before applying for a sharing request from Good Driver Mutuality. Any amount recovered from the third party will be deducted from the eligible sharing amount.

Members Payment

Members are obligated to pay 20% of the quoted amount as the service fee upfront. In the event of an Eligible Event, the actual amount the member is required to pay is the sum of the out-of-pocket expenses and the remaining pledge balance. Members have the responsibility to ensure they have enough fund or balance in their pre-stored payment instruments for these payments.

Alternative Parts Restrictions

GDM aims to maximize the utilization of alternative parts in repairs. Alternative parts include Aftermarket (AM) Parts, Recycled, Reconditioned, Refurbished (RRR) Parts, and Re-manufactured (RM) Parts. All alternative parts are sourced from reputable providers, are rigorously vetted to meet high-quality standards, and come with a warranty to ensure reliability.

Please be aware that OEM parts will not be used for vehicle repairs when quality alternative parts are available; members are responsible for any price difference if they insist on using OEM parts in this situation. It is essential to have a clear understanding of this point.

GDM DRP

The GDM DRP (Good Driver Mutuality Direct Repair Program) is a strategic partnership with select collision repair shops designed to offer GDM members a streamlined repair experience. GDM DRP offers quality repairs, shorter cycle time, and significant cost saving than the non-DRP shops for GDM members. GDM DRP ensures to restore members’ vehicle to pre-loss condition using OEM repair procedures and guaranteed alternative parts when applicable and available. Members’ vehicle will be repaired to meet manufacturer specifications. Also, members will receive regular updates on their vehicle’s repair progress through their preferred communication method, ensuring transparency throughout the process.

Members are required to use a GDM DRP shop for repairs when it’s available. If there is no GDM DRP shop located within a reasonable distance from members’ location (typically less than 25 miles, unless extremely rural), members have the option to receive the authorized sharing amount disbursed to their personal account and repair at a shop of their choice. GDM cannot guarantee the work from a shop outside of GDM DRP network. And members will be responsible for the deficit if their shop of choice charges more than the authorized sharing amount disbursed to them.
